Wasted Morning
The company has issued a new phone for me. Yipeee! My 3-year old Nokia 6630
would now retire and be replaced by Nokia 6500 slide :) However, the transfer of data, contacts, pictures and messages is becoming more and more cumbersome. I tried the "transfer data" icon of the 6630, but when the 6500 accepted it, the format was not supported. And then i used the bluetooth technology, but both system hanged. I was beginning to use the "manual" method, which is to transfer data from phone to sim card, then sim card to the new phone, when someone suggested connectivity through the Nokia PC Suite. Well, i utilized the synchronization, but i am still trying to figure out how to transfer from one phone to the other. My morning was wasted and I still have to draft 3 more contracts today.

Hi Dyes! My old phone was a 6600 and the new one is a 6500 classic. :) Hirap nga magtransfer ng data. I had to bluetooth them individually. Don't do them all at the same time kasi nga magha-hang. Send them to each other by bluetooth, that way you don't have to transfer the data to the sim na.
hey. thanks for the tip Jenny :) kaya lang i made some whooops na! what i did was to sync the old phone with the pc, and then sync the pc with the new phone. the problem was one number is set for one person only. so i had to redo everything again. haaay.
