Dream Home

In a few weeks, i will be in a new house.

It's been fun going around places to shop for fixtures, furniture and appliances with a stroller and pooping baby in tow. Choosing the colors for the room, tiles for the bathroom, floorings for every level, the light fixtures and even the tub became an enormous responsibility since these would finish the product and seal our fate (unless of course if we have a huge sum to renovate).

And i just realized that we are definitely moving but i have yet to finish my shopping! i still have to select our sofa, dining table, couch for the family room, aircon, gas range, and other knick knacks. The more important concern that i have is: do i still have the budget for it?

Anyway, because of my baby jadon, my aim now is to put up a Christmas Tree in our living room. this would be the first Christmas of baby jadon and our first Christmas with him, so i want it to be memorable with all the Christmas trimmings. i want to have a very tall Christmas tree and a glittery star. i am even willing to do without the sofa just to have that tree. And i want baby jadon to have so many presents under it even if he does not have ninangs and ninongs since he hasn't been dedicated yet. so, i will probably give him all my gifts this Christmas. haaay, i am definitely now a nanay.

The house that we will be in isn't my dream house. It's location is far from the civilization (mainly due to traffic) and the neighborhood seems rural (but better than the tejeros naman). But certainly, it is my dream home :)
